Request data erasure
If you’ve given us your email through our website (Wayfinders launch list, Zafronix newsletter, or contact form) and you want it permanently deleted — not just unsubscribed — submit this form.
Important context:
- Our games store nothing on our servers. They run entirely on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes your data instantly.
- Resend (our email provider) retains delivery logs for ~30 days for spam-compliance reasons. We can’t shorten that — their retention policy is fixed.
- Aggregate analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are pseudonymous — we can’t look up “your” record. We can disable both via your browser’s privacy settings or content blockers.
For website-stored data (subscriber emails + IPs in our SQLite database), we’ll honor your request within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 17 and CCPA.
